If you're able to download an eye package you could fix it.

Have you tried ~showracemenu and changed it?

I haven't played in a long time so I'm not really that much heap, sorry.

I've tried five different eye textures, but whatever it is, it overrides them all! It really sucks - it's the only thing keeping me from being a vamp now.

It's a texture issue, and I have no idea what mod is causing it. ;-;
